My household was chaotic. Bills never got paid until I received the warning notice that something was going to be disconnected, school notes never got signed and returned to school on time, I missed my kid's library days, news days, sports days etc.

Then Charlie came to the rescue. She sat down with me and listened to my embarrassing situation (without laughing once) and helped me to implement some very simple strategies that have transformed our household. We have a common area where all paperwork is held. The mail comes in, and goes here, the kids bring home notes and put them straight here. That then allows me to have one place where I can action all the things I need to without losing or forgetting everything. We also have a weekly schedule, and a monthly planner to record all the important information.

Our lives are so much more organised now. I would recommend Charlie to anyone who is in need of help in organisation of families. She didn't try to change me (an impossible task anyway), but rather provided us with the tools to make it work.

Pregnant with my fourth child and close to the end, Charlie helped me with both meal planning and organising/decluttering the children's playroom. This helped reduce our food wastage and the playroom became neat, organised and aesthetically pleasing which is just what I wanted. A few months later we have been able to maintain the tidiness which means the kids have more time to play and then find it easier to pack up at the end of the day.

Just a quick note to thank you for the fantastic makeover on my kitchen and wardrobe. I love it !! My kitchen is now fully functional as I have a place for everything and even gained extra storage space that I didn't think I had. I can also get dressed quickly in the mornings now without that feeling of 'having nothing to wear' but not being able to find anything underneath all the chaos of clothes.

I got so excited that evening after the makeover I started reorganising my vanity in my ensuite and my bedside table. My next project will be the girl's bedrooms followed by the dreaded garage. St Vinnies are going to love me !!

Many thanks to you and your team, you've given me skills for life and have lifted a huge weight of my shoulders with the decluttering. I feel like I've lost weight on a diet!
